I just wanted to let you know how much fun Emilia is having at camp this week.  I am so impressed with your camp...the organization, schedule, attention to detail, friendly camp assistants, cleanliness, everything! I can't say enough about it!  I can only imagine how hard it is to keep a facility so beautiful, and I must commend you all for making it happen.  Thank you for a great week and showing Emilia a wonderful time.  She's actually celebrating her birthday with you all tomorrow and can't wait!

Your camp thoroughly impressed me and Emilia is already planning her return visit with a few friends for next year.  She went to a birthday party today and told the other girls about it and they have it all planned out.  It was really cute.  So, I've put on my calendar to check your site January 1 so that we can get in for sure.

Thanks so much!

I just wanted to thank you for making my daughter’s first day at This Is It so much fun!  She couldn't stop talking about it and said she wants to go every week till she is at an age where she is too old to go (13).  She said the people, the pool, the fun things to do were outstanding and she is looking forward to the rest of her time there and being a camp leader this Friday.

I wish it didn't take me so long to get enrolled, should have listened to the other parents a little better!

Thank you.

It's so fun to see the young kids at camp, Rachel is turning 11 this year and I see the little kids and think, I remember her coming to camp at that age!!  The great thing about This Is It Camp is she loves to go. She never complains and always has such a fun time.  She was asking me yesterday when the next time she would go and I had to remind her we had to cancel July because of our family trip. She was sad.

In our family, summertime equals Thisisit Camp! There are so many choices out there, but Thisisit is our favorite camp of all. My kids love shooting arrows in archery, testing their aim with BB guns, swimming like fishes in the pool, jumping on the trampoline and playing, playing, PLAYING outside. Thisisit has one of the most amazing properties in Reno. Campers get lots of fresh air and have plenty of room to roam, all under loving and careful supervision. The activities for the themed weeks are so creative - it's hard to choose which week(s) to enroll because they are ALL fantastic! I especially love the camp's philosophy of encouraging and promoting leadership, teamwork and sportsmanship. In addition to having a blast at camp, the kids are also learning lifetime fundamental values. In today's fast-moving world, Thisisit provides a wonderfully refreshing, down-home, old-school environment - it's almost like you've stepped back in time 50 years. And I can't forget to mention the yummy Pop Shop...how fun is it that they offer ice cream?! If only I were 5 to 12 years old again...

My kids have been in very good moods after being at your Camp and have learned a lot already about working together, supporting each other and being considerate of others feelings. They're getting along REAL well with less bickering and competition. Way to go, you guys are the best.

Audrey had the time of her life yesterday as Camp Leader. She spoke about it most of the evening last night. As far as my child goes, it's a success.
Thanks.

For both of my sons, Thisisit Ranch Camp was the highlight of the summer. They loved the counselors and all the activities. Thisisit counselors go above and beyond to ensure the kids have the ultimate in fun and yet keep everyone safe. Swimming, trampolines and artwork were only a few of the highlights. The themed weeks made each week new and different. My son Lewis enjoyed building his own derby car and my other son Jacob enjoyed carnival week, making his own carnival game for everyone to play. The cost was higher than YMCA and some of the other outlets but worth every cent. I used to tell people the boys would be fast asleep by the time I reached the end of the driveway just from exhaustion of a big day. I always liked the fact they stayed there all day versus taking field trips. They always loved it and I highly recommend Thisisit to all of my friends with young children.

Why we loved ThisIsIt - it was "homey", not an institutional-like atmosphere. There weren't hundreds of kids but enough that my kids could meet plenty of new friends. I felt the counselors weren't overwhelmed and gave lots of personal time to each camper. I loved that the swim time was separate for the younger and older campers. I especially loved that they were busy all day with physical, fun, organized, outdoor activities and games. The counselors actually played with the kids and they loved that. The facilities were wonderful—huge shade trees, a fun pool with a cave and diving board, lots of open space, trampolines, basketball courts…..what more could a kid want?? I wanted to stay at ThisIsIt myself and send my kids to work!! The theme weeks made it fun and new each week as well, dressing up as pirates or cowboys or participating in the summer-end Olympics. Every week was unique, and the staff put a lot of effort into making the camp and activities take on the theme. The favorite part of the day was the option to buy ice cream . There was so much to choose from that Mom didn't have at home!! The kids felt grown up being able to order from the "Ice Cream Lady," and on a hot summer day it really hit the spot. One day I got there early to pick up the kids, and it was ice cream time. My daughter surprised me and spent money from her account to buy me a treat. I sat outside with all of the campers and enjoyed a summer afternoon being a kid again!
