REGISTRATION

A completed REGISTRATION APPLICATION for each child must be accompanied by the following:
  1. deposit or full payment for each week, half week, or single day reserved (payment by check is accepted)
  2. all specified signatures on the following forms:
    • MEDICAL RELEASE
    • WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS
    • ASSUMPTION OF RISK
    • PHOTO PERMISSION
