DEPOSIT

For each week or half week reserved, a $50 deposit per child is required. For each single day reserved, a $25 deposit per child is required. The deposit is applied to the tuition fee for the week, half week, or single day reserved, but is not refundable or transferable.

RETURNED CHECKS

There will be a $25 charge for any returned checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds for cancelled weeks will be made only if written notice is provided at least seven days prior to the first scheduled day of attendance. The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the cancellation refund. No refund will be made for absences, nor will any make-up days or credit be given. We reserve the right to expel any camper for significant and/or repeated misbehavior. Expulsion or suspension will result in no refund for missed days. Fortunately, this has rarely been necessary.
