                        will be cancelled with no refunds.

DEPOSIT

Each week requires a $50 deposit per child.  Each week’s deposit is applied to the tuition fee for that reserved week, but is not refundable or transferable and may not be applied to the balance due for another week.

RETURNED CHECKS

There will be a $25 charge for any returned checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds for cancelled weeks will be made only if written notice is provided.  The non-refundable deposit(s) will be deducted from all cancellation refunds.  For cancellations made before April 30, there is no additional cancellation fee.  For cancellations made between May 1 and May 31, an additional $50 per week cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.  After May 31, no refund will be made for cancelled weeks.  No refund will be made for absences, nor will any make-up days or credit be given.  Prior to April 30, if space is available, reserved week(s) may be changed at no charge.  After April 30, if space is available, changes can be made but a $25 fee will be charged for each week changed.  There will be an additional cost if changing from the 4-day week to a five-day week due to the rate difference.  For camper safety, we reserve the right to suspend or expel any camper for significant and/or repeated misbehavior with no refund or credit for missed days.
