Refunds for cancelled weeks will be made only if written notice is provided. For cancellations made during March and April, a $50 per week and per child cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. For cancellations made during May, a $100 per week and per child cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. After May 31, no refund will be made for cancelled weeks. No refund will be made for absences, nor will any make-up days or credit be given. Prior to April 30, if space is available, week(s) may be changed within the 2013 season at no charge. After April 30, if space is available, changes may be made within the 2013 season but a $25 fee will be charged for each week changed. There will be an additional cost if changing from the 3-day week to a five-day week due to the rate difference. For camper safety, we reserve the right to suspend or expel any camper for significant and/or repeated misbehavior with no refund or credit for missed days.
